Pretty awesome guy, he never tried to sell us anything, just answered a few questions and educated us on his product. Nice fellow, very much enjoyed working with him.

My husband and I were at Hickory Furniture Mart yesterday on the hunt for new sofas for our family room. After roaming through other stores we found our way into Hickory Park and was introduced to Adam Willis in the Bassett section. We tried out every conceivable combination of seat cushions, back cushions and sofa styles. Adam explained all of the differences very well. And then came the fabric decision.….so many choices! I showed Adam pictures of my existing family room as well as samples of my wall color, curtains, etc to give him an idea our style and color scheme. Before we even got into color we discussed the various fabric styles (linen, chenille, boucle, performance, etc.) along with pros and cons as well as the lighting situation in the family room. I pretty much knew what color family I wanted but translating that to the actual names of each swatch is no easy task. This is where Adam was the shining light. He was able to translate the words into about 5 viable options, sat them amongst my samples and the winner was apparent. Tada! The icing on the cake was it all was within our budget. I really appreciated Adam’s knowledge, expertise and calm, friendly demeanor. He’s really good at what he does and it was a joy to work with him. My husband and I are really happy with our choices! Hickory Park was excellent to work with. Diane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Samples were sent quickly and all my questions were answered promptly. This is my second purchase from HP and I will continue to use them.

My experience dealing with Diane Christensen was superb. She was always very helpful and friendly whenever I needed to speak to her. Delivery was on Target also. I would definitely deal with Hickory Park Furniture in the future and would recommend them highly. Follow Up… I also dealt with Diane Christensen a second time to order an additional piece for my sofa and she was extremely helpful and communication was a breeze.
