We bought dining and family room furniture along with countertop stools from Robin Birchfield at Hickory Park and love them all. We had our pieces made to order and love them. They are the centerpieces of our house. Even though we had not seen the actual pieces in store, they were exactly as we were expecting and of the highest quality! The delivery crew was great as well. Very helpful and accommodating. The furniture was received within the quoted time frame. The whole experience was very pleasant. We also benefited from the services of Donna Chamberlain, an interior designer with Designing Women, associated with Hickory Furniture Mart. Together as a team, Robin and Donna, created a wonderful home environment for us through our furnishings. Many thanks.

We especially appreciated being able to see and try different styles, fabrics, and cushion options before making a decision. She was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail, helping us work through the many choices involved in customizing our sofa. Lynze Hickory Park was absolute amazing. I was so wired with what I was picking out and she complete calmed me. She also escorted me to Roya rugs and helped pick out the carpet to complete the look. She was patient, pleasant and very helpful in the design selection. She picked out trim, fringe, roping ets. She went over my whole order with me as I took notes. She was fantastic!

So let me let you all in on a secret!!! This is the way to save thousands of dollers!! We went to a local higher end furniture store looking for a sofa and love seat. We walked away with a 9K plus estimate to include shipping(<10M)on the 2 pcs. We wanted good quality furniture for a change, so if this is what it costs to get high quality furniture, I thought this is what it takes! Well....I searched around on the internet and I found Dianne C. at Hickory Park Furniture We wound up paying less than 1/2... <5K... and Diane customized it to our design.EVERY THING THE SAME!! (as what was in the shop...same brand, same construction,) Very Easy. She sent fabric samples which arrived in about 3 BD It cost a little less than $500 (w/tip) for delivery....but the local guy was gonna charge us $200 ??? This is an incredible way to go! Take a pic to capture all model #s...style #'s etc. and call Diane C.. It makes you mad to see how much these retail furniture stores inflate their prices for the exact product!!

We had a great experience working with Paul! He helped us get started while we were in the store and then continued working with us long distance to finalize everything. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process very easy. It’s not always easy making furniture decisions from a distance, but Paul made it seamless. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and follow-through. We would definitely recommend Paul and would happily shop here again!
